Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from B to the post office account in the name of C, the Defendant’s wife, upon receipt of a request from B to request to seek Metephacop (hereinafter “Melopopon”; hereinafter “Melopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and purchased and sold Melopon to B at a frequency where it is impossible to identify the trade name near the Dongsan-gu public health clinic located in the center of the Silsan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, one hundred and twenty-one day on the same day.
2. On November 14, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from B to the above post office account upon receipt of a request to request to request writingphones. On the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold 1 g gramphonephones to B before the middle-party restaurant at which it is impossible to identify the trade name near the clinic’s prison located in the Gosidong-si, 02:00 on the same day.
3. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1.8 million from B to the account of the above post office upon receipt of a request to request writingphones, and then transferred KRW 1.8 million to the account of the above post office. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant sent 4g of Handphones to B from a room where it is impossible to identify the E hotel room of the E hotel located in Dong Government-si on November 16, 2015, and then sent 1g of Handphones to the address of F known to B via the post office home, and sold 5g of Handphones by having F receive 100 3307 Handphones around November 17, 2015.
[2018 Highest 717] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter who is a local mental medicine, as follows.
1. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant traded phiphonephones through H hotel I located in G at the Government-si around 02:00.
