1. Defendant A’s Urban Environment Improvement Association Establishment Promotion Committee shall be KRW 127,381,758 to the Plaintiff and its related matters on September 2013.
1. Basic facts
A. The Seoul Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on December 30, 2005, designated the land of 200,557 square meters in size as “I promotion district” under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents. The land of 3,940 square meters in JJ in the said district was designated as “K Urban Environment Improvement Zone (hereinafter “instant improvement zone”). 2) Defendant A’s Urban Environment Improvement Association Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”) was organized to implement the improvement project within the instant improvement zone, and was approved by the committee for the establishment of an association from the Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on December 1, 2006.
3) Defendant B was the chairperson of the Defendant’s promotion committee from June 2008 to July 2009; Defendant C was the auditor of the Defendant’s promotion committee around the same time; and Defendant D, E, F, and G was the promoters of the Defendant’s promotion committee around the same time. (B) In the instant improvement zone where the design service contract was concluded, the basic development plan for constructing new buildings, such as business facilities with the five stories below ground, 20 stories above ground, 30,000 square meters above total floor area, and multi-unit housing, was established within the instant improvement zone. However, the Defendant’s promotion committee was established on June 30, 2008 to expand the size of the instant improvement zone and revise the construction plan (hereinafter “instant design service contract”).
