The defendant shall pay the amount of fraud to the applicant for compensation as shown in attached Form 1.

Around 17:55 on January 23, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The 220,000 won of the price of the goods will be handed over to the owner of the goods,” and “The 220,000 won of the goods will be handed over to the owner of the goods if the goods are remitted to the owner of the goods.”

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell goods from the beginning.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in its possession, received KRW 220,00 from the victim to the BS bank account (BT) in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 5,145,00 in total on 16 occasions between December 11, 2018 and March 5, 2019, by deceiving the victims, such as the statement in the list of crimes in attached Form 2.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

1. On December 13, 2018, the Defendant, at the victim BU, posted a letter stating “I” on the CBV bulletin board, and reported it to the victim BU that “I will send the victim BU with “I will send Quaker 2 Quaker 3,00 won” and “I will send Quaker 2 Cheongker 2 Cheongker.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods to the victim even if he receives the above goods price from the victim as a AT gift right.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 650,000 won AT gift certificates from June 12, 2018 to June 13, 2018 from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. On October 1, 2018, the Defendant, on the victim BW, posted a letter “I ambling Swegs” at C’s page and reported it to the victim BW.
