1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 21,247,618 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 29, 2017 to August 22, 2018.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has entered into an automobile insurance contract (including a non-life insurance special agreement) with D and E vehicles.
Defendant B is the owner of the F mediumer (hereinafter “instant mediumer”) and Defendant C is the person employed by Defendant B to drive the instant mediumer.
G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) is an insurer who has concluded an automobile insurance contract with Defendant B on the instant mid-term season.
B. At around 15:00 on October 6, 2014, D leased the instant weighter from Defendant C to Defendant C, a driver of the instant construction site, who was the contractor and the on-site safety manager at the construction site H in Sih at Sih., and led and supervised Defendant C to move the steel bars on the floor of the said construction site to the second and third floors of the building.
At that time, D was responsible for sending the signal to Defendant C by putting the steel bars into both strings (sing booms) connected to the instant strings and for Defendant C to drive the said strings, and Defendant C was in charge of driving the said strings according to D’s receptions.
The work of string up the steel bars on both sides of the strings was conducted by putting one of the steel bars on the floor at one height of the strings, putting about 2 meters at a height of the strings, putting them up on the strings, putting them up on the ground between the other side of the steel bars abutting on the ground and the ground, putting them up on the floor again with putting them up on the floor as above, and the other side of the steel bars was also conducted by putting them up on the other side of the strings and moving into the 2nd and third floor by using the strings.
