1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;
A. On January 29, 2004, the Plaintiff was appointed to Grade IX Immigration Office on January 27, 2014. From January 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was serving in the Ministry of Justice as the Support Bureau for Immigration and Immigration Policy Head Office of Incheon Airport Immigration and Immigration Office of the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter “Office of Incheon Airport”), and is in charge of support for enforcement of deportation from August 26, 2015.
B. The trend of support for forced departure enforcement, which the Plaintiff is in charge, is as follows.
1. The shipper of the Incheon Airport's eviction support team is notified of the list of prospective evictions from each Immigration Office or foreigner internment camp (hereinafter referred to as the "office requesting enforcement") requesting enforcement of deportation, at least 18:00 before the date of enforcement of evictions from each Immigration Office or foreigner internment camp (hereinafter referred to as the "office requesting enforcement").
2. To confirm the scheduled time of arrival of escorting vehicles at the office requesting the execution on the date of eviction execution and the number of safe guard personnel, and to prepare temporary access cards.
3. The escorting vehicle of the office of request for execution shall notify the support center for the Incheon Airport Office and the moving support team of the scheduled arrival by telephone before arrival of the Incheon Airport Passenger Terminal (Departure port), and the boarding charterer shall leave the stop in advance.
4. When an escorting vehicle arrives at a stop No. 14, the relevant crew on board the escorting vehicle, ascertaining the number of passengers and persons in charge of safe guard, and issue a temporary access certificate within the escorting vehicle.
5. The passengers on board shall guide the escorting vehicle to pass through an exclusive guard for deportation, guide the waiting room for enforcement of deportation to the waiting room when the escorting vehicle arrives in the flight manual, and take over the soldiers of the person subject to deportation in the above waiting room.
After 6, the passengers on board shall guide the escorting personnel and the escorting vehicle as an exclusive guard for deportation and collect the temporary access ticket.
C. On May 13, 2016, the Ministry of Justice General Disciplinary Committee’s reduction of salary against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated Article 56 of the State Public Officials Act as follows.
