The Defendant served as a branch office B of the Korean War Insurance Co., Ltd.

1. Between October 8, 2011 and October 10, 2011, the Defendant: (a) opened two card-based chips of KRW 10,000 to KRW 60,000 in one column among “bankings” and “bankers” with those who do not know the names at a low net hotel in the Philippines, and received two card-based chips of KRW 10,000 through KRW 3,0210 in one way; and (b) opened a gambling chips of KRW 10,000 through 100 in one way, from which the total number of the card is equal to KRW 9.

2. Between November 12, 2011 and November 14, 2011, the Defendant: (a) placed in a casino in the Switzerland mash hotel with those who are not aware of the name; (b) received two card-based chips of KRW 10,000 or KRW 600,000 in one column of “plate” and “bank chips of KRW 10,000 or KRW 60,000 in one column; (c) chips of gambling in a way that the total number of the said cards is 100 times more than 21,00,000 won.

3. Between February 25, 2012 and February 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened two card-based chips of KRW 10,000 or KRW 600,000 in one column of “banking” and “bank chips” to receive two card-based chips from a casino in the Republic of Korea, with those who do not know the name, at a lower credit line hotel; and (b) 100,000 won in one column of “scam” and “scambling in one column; and (c) 100,000 won in one column of the card.
