1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 139,66,763 as well as 25% per annum from February 5, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The lease term of the supplier D (Defendant) shall be forty-eight-eight-month lease interest rate: 3,360,286 per month: 3.95% deposit per annum; 130,000,000 interest per annum; 25% lease period;

C The lease period for the lease of an article from the Plaintiff under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “lease period”) shall begin from the date on which C issues a certificate of acceptance pursuant to Article 5 (or within three months from the date it is designated by the Plaintiff; hereinafter referred to as “lease Date”) and end on the date on which the period set out in the Schedule expires.

In the event that any of the following provisions of Article 20 termination of the contract occurs to C, the Plaintiff shall notify C of the correction of the violation within a reasonable period specified by the Plaintiff, and if C does not correct the violation within the said period, C shall lose the benefit of time, and the Plaintiff may terminate the contract.

5. When the performance of an obligation under this contract or any other contract concluded with the Plaintiff is not due or when the provisions governing important prohibited acts under the contract are violated; and

A. On March 24, 2014, the Plaintiff operating a facility leasing business under the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with C, a trade name called “D”, with respect to the automatic ruptures of paper boxes manufactured by the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant lease”).

In the event of termination of a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the lessee (C) under Article 3 (Re-Purchase of Lease Articles) of the Re-Purchase Agreement and the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the lessee (C) under Article 20, or the lease agreement is terminated due to such reasons as the lessee's failure to pay the lease fees three consecutive times or 90 days or more based on the number of overdue days, the Defendant is the lessee as stipulated in Article 4.
