1. On November 25, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she would send a book to the victim E who reported and contacted the above writing, by sending KRW 60,000 to the victim E, after posting a letter at the Defendant’s office located in Ansan-si, Masan-si, an online site server and selling books on the national bulletin board.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send books to the victim even if he/she has received money from the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred 60,000 won as sales proceeds through the defendant's agricultural bank account on the same day from the victim.

2. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, at the Defendant’s home located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Internet site server, and that, at the national bulletin board, “sale of game CDs” would send KRW 56,00 to the victim F who reported and contacted the above writing, remitted KRW 56,00 to the victim F.

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to send game CDs to the victim even if he/she receives the payment from the damaged person.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred 56,000 won as sales proceeds through the defendant's agricultural bank account on the same day from the victim.

Around August 21, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter on the Defendant’s home located in Ansan-si, Ma, 203, Ma, Ma, Ma, and 203, stating that the Defendant would send the contact to the Victim G who reported and contacted the letter to the victim G who first sent the price.

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess an invasion and thought that he did not send the goods after receiving only the price for the goods, so even if he received money from the victim G, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the invasion.
