1. On July 29, 2010, July 29, 2011, and July 29, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant on each of the following: (a) each of the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant subparagraphs 1 through 3 insurance contracts” in accordance with the sequence listed in the separate sheet with the purport that the Plaintiff compensates the Plaintiff for expenses incurred in purchasing commemorative gifts paid by the Defendant when he/she had neglected personnel in the golf games within the limit of KRW 2,00,000 (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts”).
The terms and conditions of each insurance contract of this case relating to this case are as follows.

4. Expenses for the purchase of souvenirs for memorial services: Expenses for the purchase or mailing of souvenirs to be presented to the accompanying athletes, friendships, etc. where a person has neglected personnel;
5. Expenses for congratulationss: The expenses for congratulationss held within one month from the date on which the person has neglected.
6. Expenses incurred in relation to commemorative trees for golf courses: referring to the expenses incurred in planting trees to golf courses having neglected persons in commemoration of the number of persons living alone;
7. Blodial money for accompanying Capitals: The amount equivalent to the amount of money for commemorative congratulationss with neglected personnel among accompanying capitals;
