1. The defendant shall be limited to KRW 4,055,931,831 and KRW 500 million among them to the plaintiff jointly and severally with Taedo Co., Ltd. and Gap.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim, which is the transferee of the claim for indemnity finalized by a judgment of the Seoul Central District Court 2006Gahap16920, which is the Seoul Central District Court.
