A. On October 12, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant with Daejeon District Court 2006Gahap1736, the Plaintiff was sentenced to the judgment of the said court that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 262,106,000 won and 20% interest per annum from March 26, 2006 to the day of full payment.” The judgment became final and conclusive on November 15, 2006.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to extend extinctive prescription.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate was amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015 by Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal.
