1. Certificates No. 1351, 2010, signed by the notary public against the plaintiffs on August 13, 2010 by the defendant's Ejoint law office.
Reasons
1. The Defendant indicated the claim to the Plaintiffs transferred to F the claim of the Notarial Deed stated in the order of the Plaintiffs, and notified the Plaintiffs of the assignment of the claim.
Therefore, compulsory execution based on the above notarial deed against the plaintiffs should be rejected.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
