1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2014 tea13925.

Reasons

1. On August 11, 2014, the Defendant, indicating the claim, received a payment order against the Plaintiff for a loan case from the Seoul Southern District Court 2014Guj13925, and around that time, the above payment order becomes final and conclusive. Since the Plaintiff fully repaid the above loan to the Defendant between February 2014 and March 2014, the Defendant, which requested the rejection of compulsory execution based on the above payment order (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
