The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Around July 21, 2018, the Defendant of the official So-called “D” victim D, who is a prisoner, was openly insultingd by the Defendant on July 21, 2018, on the following grounds: (a) on the 21st day of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, by stating that “D is drinking by her mother.”
The facts charged on the market are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim revoked the complaint of this case against the defendant on June 10, 2019, which was after the institution of the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
