The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 130,000,000 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from October 17, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff lent to the defendant the repayment period of KRW 150,000 as of January 31, 2019, and as of the same day, the defendant prepared a letter of payment from the defendant and notarized the facts. Accordingly, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 130,000,000 won out of the above borrowed money and the next day after the original copy of the payment order of this case was delivered to the defendant, which is obvious from October 17, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
