1. Defamation;

2. 10.경까지 사이에 대전 서구 B건물 앞길에서, 팻말에 "추가공사 시키고 돈 안주는 악덕기업 C을 고발합니다, 힘없고 돈 없는 시민은 법도 인터넷도 그림의 떡이었다"라고 기재하여 손에 들고, 주변 가로수 및 자신 소유의 1톤 트럭 4면에는 "C은 공사를 시켜놓고 돈 내놓으라면 C과 거래 안 할거냐고 협박하는 깡패다, 국민여러분 도와주세요"라고 기재한 현수막을 걸어놓고 그 곳을 지나가는 불특정 다수인에게 보여주어 공연히 허위의 사실을 적시하여 피해자 C(주)의 명예를 훼손하였다.

B. On March 1 of the same year, the Defendant, at the front of the Daejeon Sung-gu D apartment, destroyed the honor of the victim (C) and the victim E by openly pointing out false facts with the following: (a) the reason why the Defendant came to know about one ton truck of one ton of himself and the street trees around his ownership (in the case of a malicious-based corporation C’s capital, additional construction, and the reason why he came to know that he paid election expenses to his partner in the election campaign by the malicious-based C E honorary group; and (b) the reason why he knew that he paid election expenses to his partner in the election campaign.

On January 12, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) entered the construction site of the F apartment site of Sejong Special Self-Governing City without permission; (b) opened the place as another workshop installed therein; and (c) installed in the workshop, the Defendant: (a) installed a banner stating “in the case of the malicious Company C,” and prevented the Defendant from carrying out the construction of C’s apartment for about three hours, giving sound, and scisfying

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the apartment construction work of the victim C(state) by force.
