Since the facts of the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the contents of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and the whole purport of the pleadings, compulsory execution based on the payment order of the defendant's acquisition money case No. 2014, No. 14602 against the plaintiff should be rejected.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
