Around 00:06 on January 1, 2014, the Defendant driven a balp car under the influence of alcohol content of about 100 meters from a section of about 100 meters, from the front of the 18-dong of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front road of the same Sinsan-dong from the 18-gu, Busan Metropolitan Village Complex to the front road of the same Sinsan-dong.
