On July 11, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court, and on May 21, 2008, a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime in the same court.

On July 24, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven a B-low-income car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.102% in the section of approximately 8km from the 03:10 on the same day from the road front of the building at the head office of the Hyundai Gandong located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the road (within 100m prior to the Sinung-dong, Singu, Singu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the “Sinung-dong”).
