1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the 5th floor of 34.71 square meters among the real estate listed in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On December 5, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the real estate indicated in the Disposition No. 1 to the Defendant, but the Defendant was in arrears at least twice, so the Plaintiff’s delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, thereby cancelling the said lease contract, and accordingly seeking the return of unjust enrichment from the delivery of the said real estate and the date of completion thereof.
