Punishment of the crime
On July 20, 2014, at around 23:22, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.115% (Yon Day %) with blood alcohol concentration, started from the street in front of the French city in Gwangju City, and driven a 3km portion from around 180 km to the 180 mnex in front of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
