The judgment of the court below is reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for twenty years.

1. According to the sentencing guidelines of the grounds for appeal, the instant crime constitutes category 2 (ordinary motive homicide), even if it falls under category 3 (non-accident homicide), the scope of the recommended sentence is 15 or more years of imprisonment with prison labor, which is a basic field, and the Defendant paid the amount of indemnity in response to a claim for reimbursement of funeral expenses, etc. by the victims of the Government District Prosecutors' Office, the sentence (25 years of imprisonment with prison labor, confiscation) imposed by the Defendant is too unreasonable.
