Punishment of the crime
A. On August 14:00, 2016, the Defendant acquired one copy of the NH Nonghyup Card (C) lost by the victim B from the 4th floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government king-ro 214 (former Farming Do, Barun department store) and around August 7, 2016.
However, the defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled it on his own idea.
B. Fraud 1) The Defendant, at around 14:23 August 7, 2016, purchased tobacco, water, etc. equivalent to KRW 180,90,00 at the market price to the victim F, who is an employee of the Defendant, and presented and settled the NH card under the name of the Defendant, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, at KRW 180,90,000, at KRW 7:30,000 of the market price of KRW 5,00 at KRW 6: The Defendant’s purchase of tobacco equivalent to KRW 90,00,00 at KRW 14:6,00,00 at KRW 7,00,000 at KRW 5,00,000 at KRW 7:3,00,000 at KRW 5,00,00,000 at KRW 6:3,00,00,000 at KRW 6,00,00,00.
