2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On January 12, 2015, at around 06:10, the Plaintiff, while driving a car at the road hospital distance intersection located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu (hereinafter “instant traffic accident”), was injured, was sent to an emergency room of the C Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant hospital”) by the 119 emergency vehicle, and was discharged by accompanying the police officer around 12:15 on the same day, after receiving medical treatment, such as first aid, CT (bral, ple, shot, X-ray photographing, X-ray photographing, knee and feleling, etc. from the emergency medical personnel from around 06:41 of the same day.

B. On January 12, 2015 and January 11:18, 2015, the Plaintiff visited the emergency room of the instant hospital at around 22:10 on January 12, 2015 and around 11:18 on January 13, 2015. On January 13, 2015, the Plaintiff visited the emergency room of the instant hospital for the purpose of re-explosion verification of medication.

C. On January 12, 2015, around 08:23, the doctor D of the instant hospital issued a medical certificate with respect to the Plaintiff’s injury (hereinafter “instant medical certificate”).

D. The Plaintiff was arrested and detained due to the instant traffic accident and received the following outpatient medical treatment and diagnosis in the status of being detained in the Incheon detention center.
