The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (Possession of obscene materials), entered the search language of “E” by accessing the Defendant’s residence in Pyeongtaek-si B by a computer, from the Ba, which is the Defendant’s residence in Pyeongtaek-si B, and stored the video files of the title “F” from around April 2018 to April 3, 2019, as well as from around 2012 to around April 3, 2019, the Defendant received a total of 1,801 of the obscene materials for children’s use by accessing D and G sites as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).
