1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on October 28, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. As to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet, the Plaintiff entered into a title trust agreement with the Defendant, and completed the title transfer registration in the name of the Plaintiff on September 20, 2012.
B. The Plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint, and seeks to take over the transfer registration procedure on the motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet against the Defendant.
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
