1. On January 19, 2015, as to the portion of 1/3 of the real estate indicated in the separate sheet between the Defendant and Park ○○○.
The contract of gift concluded shall be revoked.
2. The Defendant: (a) on January 2015, 2015, for the real estate stated in paragraph (1) to ○○○○, Gwangju District Court Branch of Gwangju District Court.
19. He shall comply with the procedures for the cancellation of ownership transfer registration completed under No. 2276.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
