1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
Since there is no dispute between the parties that the term of office of Defendant G’s custodian expired on August 20, 2017, the instant lawsuit claiming dismissal under the premise that Defendant G is in the status of the manager of Defendant Ftel management body, there is no benefit to the lawsuit.
Therefore, the plaintiffs' lawsuit of this case is all unlawful, and it is decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
