Punishment of the crime
On April 16, 2020, the Defendant is a driver of the vehicle B with low alcohol level of 0.110% among blood transfusions, and the Defendant was driving the vehicle as the above 20-meter level of 20 meters from the front of the D in the decentralization-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, with approximately 0.110% alcohol level in front of the E-gu, Sungnam-si.
