The Defendant, from around 2013 to around 2017, was serving as the head of the Counseling Office at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building and the 11st floor of the 11st floor, was retired from employment to the “(State) E” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and served as the head of the Counseling Office until November 2017.

1. Fraud against victim F;

A. From May 30, 2016 to August 27, 2017, the Defendant’s fraud related to credit card settlement between around May 30, 2016 and around May 30, 2017, concluded that “AC” would allow the Defendant to have 10,000 won of his/her own 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 6.”

The Defendant, from May 30, 2016 to August 27, 2017, by deceiving the victim seven times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes, from around May 30, 2016 to around August 2017, caused the victim to pay a sum of 24.1 million won by the credit card of the victim, thereby causing the victim to incur property damage equivalent to the amount of the credit card payment, and (C) and (E) to obtain property profit equivalent to the same amount.

B. The Defendant is guilty of a loan from April 8, 2017 to October 13, 2017.
