Furthermore, considering the overall purport of each of the above evidence except for the above facts of recognition and the above facts and Gap 15-2, the defendant took full account of various circumstances such as the period of marital life, family relationship, degree of mental suffering suffered by the plaintiff, the plaintiff and the defendant's age, gender, occupation, social status, property and education, the motive and circumstances leading the defendant to conduct the above act, the number of times, duration, and the circumstances after the act.
