A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
On September 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.075% in blood around 02:10 on September 5, 2018, and led the said car to proceed with the first lane of D in front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C from the friendly moving side to the shore.
At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of the yellow-line is installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by thoroughly operating the driver of the motor vehicle, protecting the wheel, accurately manipulating the steering and the steering system of the motor vehicle.

2. Around 01:40 on September 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.075% at the 8km section from the front side of Yung-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to the date and place specified in paragraph 1.
