1. Of the buildings indicated in Appendix 1, the Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant B shall indicate attached drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5;
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. 1) On April 3, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building indicated on 1’s attached Table 2(the instant building’) on April 3, 2015, and completed the registration of ownership transfer. (2) On August 1, 2006, the Defendant B prepared a lease agreement with the former owner of the instant building, stating “1st floor” of KRW 27 million, monthly rent of KRW 850,00,00, KRW 97,00,000, KRW 70,000,000, KRW 97,000,000,000, KRW 20,000,000,000, KRW 37,000,000,000, KRW 97,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
