1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff and E, F, G, H (hereinafter collectively referred to as “E, etc.”) are students admitted to the D Middle School (hereinafter “instant school”) in 2017, and C are the Plaintiff’s mother.
B. On May 31, 2017, C reported school violence on the ground that “E was forced to take part in the instant school during the sports hours on May 29, 2017,” with the Plaintiff and the aggressor student E, and that “E was forced to take part in the instant school during the sports hours on May 29, 2017.” 2) C reported school violence on the ground that “F and G were students in the instant school from February 2, 2014 to February 2, 2015, the Plaintiff and the aggressor student were collectively taken part in the Plaintiff, and sent a king door to the Plaintiff during the school hours on June 5, 2017.”
3) On June 12, 2017, C filed a report on school violence on the ground that “H, from March 1, 2015 to February 2, 2015, repeatedly expressed the Plaintiff’s words “I school class, English room, music room, corridor, etc.” with the Plaintiff in the first week from March 1, 2015, thereby insulting and bullying the Plaintiff.” (C) The instant disposition of the instant case is deemed to be the Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “the instant autonomous committee”).
() On May 29, 2017, June 7, 2017, and June 19, 2017, each conference held to request the Defendant to take measures to “no measure” against the reported matters as described in CA(b). On June 30, 2017, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the result of the said disposition on the same day (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
D. Administrative appeals, etc. C review the instant disposition to the Busan Metropolitan City Regional Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence on July 18, 2017.
