1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,611,878 and KRW 26,838,892, whichever is applicable, from May 1, 2015 to the day of full payment.

On March 25, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned 35 million won to the Defendant at an interest rate of 15.5% per annum, 29% per annum, and 36 months under the terms and conditions of equal repayment of the principal and interest for the period. The Defendant lost its interest due to delay in the payment of the principal and interest of the loan from March 25, 2015. 2. Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,611,878 (=26,838,892 + 735,279 + 37,707 + Principal of KRW 26,838,892) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 29% per annum from May 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
