On September 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased air conditioners at the stores of electrical and electronic equipment during the operation of B around September 27, 2016; and (b) intended to receive money from the air conditioners on the grounds of the defects of the air conditioners, which occurred more than three months after the purchase; (c) but (d) was refused from B; (c) filed a false complaint against B, and (d) decided to request the payment of money from the air conditioners and the purchase price on

On June 2018, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against B with the aim of having B criminal punishment, at the house of the Defendant located in North-gu, North-gu, North-si, North-si, North-si, North-si, and having B receive criminal punishment.

The criminal complaint statement "B, after selling defective coolings to the complainant B, sold them, and around June 27, 2017, the complainant B, who requested the issuance of the receipt to claim compensation related to cooling and related coolings, applied to punish the complainant by assaulting the complainant's family members and threatening him/her to kill him/her, so far as he/she is hard to issue the receipt in two hands," and there was no fact that B did not have any point of view on the above date, and there was no assault by the defendant in his/her hand or by threatening him/her to kill his/her family members.

Nevertheless, around June 26, 2018, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to the public service offices of the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Branch Office located in 181 as the court of Northern-si, Northern-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts to public offices.
