On October 15, 2015, A was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Busan District Court and 1 year of suspended execution. The judgment became final and conclusive on March 15, 2016.

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders agreed to open a so-called “Ambdog” gambling place. Defendant A conspired to plan and manage the entire gambling place and operate the gambling place (hereinafter referred to as “ambidehouse”) and Defendant B planned to share the role of leading the gambling to the gamblings (hereinafter referred to as “fambling”).
