However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 1, 2016, no person who committed a violation of the Automobile Management Act due to forgery of air and fabrication of a car registration number plate shall forge or forge a car registration number plate, but at the same time, the Defendant forged a copy of the official sign with a purpose of using a green number plate which makes a ship number plate as C in a white paint on the front side of the board of the board of the vessel number plate, at around 1, 2016.
