On July 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on July 5, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on February 22, 2014.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving duties of CM520 passenger cars (hereinafter “instant passenger cars”).

On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the instant car on September 18:15, 2014; (b) neglected the duty of front of the road D located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the Busan Metropolitan area on the surface of the Gu Seo-dong; (c) due to negligence in the course of duty, caused the victim’s Ge-mati 2.5 tons of freight cars standing in the front bank in accordance with the Mae-Man F (the age of 42) to be negligent; and (d) received the part of the front part of the instant car.

The Defendant, due to the foregoing traffic accident, sustained tensions, etc. in the trend requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F, and the victim H (the 51-year-old passenger), who is the above cargo vehicle, suffered from tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks. At the same time, the Defendant escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim, even though the victim’s limited partnership company, e-mail comprehensive liquor, damaged the cargo vehicle to the sum of KRW 187,352, including the cost of repairing the paner, etc., and did not take necessary measures.
