Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 14, 2017, the Plaintiff leased a building No. 5-E of the building D from the Defendant, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the end of December 13, 2019, with the lease deposit of KRW 142,00,000 and the period of KRW 142,00,000. The Plaintiff paid the lease deposit to the Defendant around that time and received the delivery of the building.
B. After that, the above lease contract has expired, and the defendant has not yet refunded the above lease deposit to the plaintiff.
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
