A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated.
80,000 won from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, administer, or provide a camera (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On February 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 500,000 from C’s house located in the original city B, upon request of C to seek a phiphone; (b) purchased KRW 500,000 from F’s house located in the first floor of D apartment E in the original city; and (c) purchased approximately KRW 0.7g from F with a philop, which was 40,000 won from F.
On February 7, 2018, the following day, the Defendant, at around 02:00, arranged to trade phiphones by way of delivering approximately 0.7g of philophones purchased from F to C as above.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On September 24, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in the Defendant’s house located in G apartment H at around P.M. around P. on September 24, 2018, in a single-use injection machine, in a way that the Defendant injecteds philophones to the Defendant’s arms in a way that he injected them with water.
B. At around 13:00 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, injected philophones in a single scopon with snow in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered philophones by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

At around 14:00 on September 26, 2018, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, injected phiphones by inserting one square set of grophones with snow in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with the Defendant’s arms blood cells.
