2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiff (appointed party).

A. The Defendant is an Internet car page “B (F; hereinafter “Defendant car page”) established on the Internet portal site E operated by E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), and the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) are Defendant car page members.

B. The main contents of the carpet service terms provided by “E” are as follows:

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and members in using E Cafa services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by members (hereinafter referred to as “members”) G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership and Loss of Qualification) (2) Where a member commits an act contrary to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the principles of operation, all the responsibility for management shall be borne first, and a separate measure or correction shall not be made, regardless of the company's request for correction.
