A. On September 13, 2012, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 3 million, KRW 350,000 per month, and KRW 350,000 per month, from September 21, 2012 to September 20, 2014, and transferred the said real estate on September 21, 2012.

B. The Defendant did not pay the rent from September 21, 2013.

C. The Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to terminate the lease contract on the ground that the overdue charge reaches the amount of two times the rent by serving a duplicate of the complaint in this case.
