(hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a company running the stirop pumps manufacturing business, etc. at the sti-si-si D ground factory in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”).

B. On May 21, 2013, Defendant Company contracted Defendant B with the construction work of Defendant Company’s factory in KRW 35,000,000.

At around 13:30 on June 9, 2013, Defendant B, in accordance with the said contract, performed a melting work among steel plates connecting the two floors of the manufacturing building of Defendant Company’s factory and the commercial building rooftops with warehouses, in order to complete the slope of the above passage.

On the back of the place where Defendant B performed the melting work as above, there were a large number of strings with two meters in length and four meters in height in the Defendant Company’s factory. However, there were accidents where the fire, which occurred during the melting work, was loaded at a less than one point five meters away from the site of the work, and the fire that occurred at the Defendant Company’s factory, took place at the strings of the strings factory, and the machinery, equipment, and products, etc. produced at the above factory (hereinafter “the fire accident in this case”).
