1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On April 23, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit of KRW 3,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000, and the period of 12 months, and handed over the said building.

However, as the defendant does not pay a monthly rent, the plaintiff terminates the above lease contract and seeks the delivery of the building and the overdue rent to the defendant.

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
