All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
The reason for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment of the court below is heavy, and the reason for appeal by the public prosecutor is that the punishment of the court below
However, in light of the circumstances revealed in the grounds of suspension of sentence and the conditions of sentencing as shown in the record, it is not recognized that the sentencing is heavy or unbrupted and unfair.
All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
