However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who is not a person handling narcotics, of the nationality of Thailand. Thus, the Defendant is prohibited from handling “YABA” containing the composition of psychotropic drugs, such as Mebacopon (hereinafter “Mecopon”).

1. Purchasing rocks;

A. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant collected money with B (one name “C”; hereinafter “E”; hereinafter “E”) and D (one name “E”; hereinafter “E”). The Defendant purchased KRW 400,00 in cash from G in collusion with C and E on August 16, 2019, with F (one name “G”; hereinafter “G”; and on March 9, 2019, the Defendant purchased KRW 400,000 in cash from G in collusion with the Defendant’s residence on March 20, 2019.

C. On July 6, 2019, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased 10,000 won in cash from G in the same manner as described in paragraph 1(b).

2. Medication;

A. At around 20:00 on March 9, 2019, the Defendant, along with C and E, purchased as referred to in paragraph 1(a) in the Defendant’s residence on the day (gambling) of Macheon-si H and second floor. The Defendant 8 was administered as soon as soon as he/she was in possession of a smoke that occurs by heating the following as a Rater, and was able to me to me at the seat of the Kacheon-si and second floor.

B. On August 5, 2019, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) opened a 1st day (gambling) in the Defendant’s residence located on the Hocheon-si H and the second floor; (b) opened a string of the 1st day (gambling); and (c) administered as soon as possible the string, which had been in possession of a smoke arising from the heating of the following as a Rater, in a way of watering on the front of the lab

3. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn.

Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
