1. The Defendant’s KRW 53,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 1, 2011 to August 6, 2015.

On July 14, 201, the Plaintiff, while lending KRW 53 million to the Defendant on December 9, 201, the Plaintiff, as to the cause of the claim, is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated annually from the day following the due date to August 5, 201, to the day after the due date for payment of the above loan, which was determined as KRW 1,325,00,00 on November 30, 201, by a notary public, who received the No. 1353, No. 1353, No. 1353, No. 201, No. 1351, No. 1353, No. 1351, Dec. 14, 2011, as the Plaintiff seeks, at the rate of KRW 53,000,000 and the damages for delay calculated annually from the day after the due date to August 6, 2015, which was served to the Defendant.
