The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car at G mother.

On February 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.092% among blood transfusion around 04:00, while driving the said car, and driven the road of three-lanes in front of the Seoul Southern-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at a speed of about 70km per hour along the two-lanes from the forest side of the elbow in the northwest-gu, Seoul.

Ultimately, at around 05:52 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) caused the death of a victim K (n, 37 years of age) boarding the said taxi due to the injury of external brain at the Korea University Medical Center of Dental Hospital located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) suffered injury to the victim L (34 years of age); (c) suffered injury from the victim L (Tetragia, unit seeding, etc.) of the unknown lebane, etc.; and (d) suffered on the victim I the victim M& (23 years of age) who is the passenger of the Defendant’s car, to suffer approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
