If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

The defendant is a person who serves as a C Hospital clerical staff.

From September 1, 2010, the Defendant was under the delegation of management of the Studio Construction and Management of E E in the Silung City owned by the victim D (the victim 30 years of age, South).

For this reason, the remaining amount of the principal invested by the victim by selling the above building was the condition that the defendant will have to have all the remaining amount.

However, the actual transaction price was interested in KRW 1.85 million, so if the sale is carried out as it is, the actual transaction price was at all nonexistent.

Accordingly, the Defendant received compensation for the management of the building so far.

1. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the G head of G office who was entrusted with the sale and purchase and management of the studio building as well as the Defendant with the G head of G office who was entrusted with the sale and management of the said studio building as if he prepared the lease contract pursuant to the delegation of the owner of the building D; and (b) via H who was not well aware of the fact, “No. 301 of Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, E 301” in the column for the location of the real estate in the deposit column; (c) “No. 40,000 (Won 40,00,00)”; and (d) in the column for the lessor’s column, “No. 145-1801, Gyeonggi-do Address-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-do, the resident number J, and name D”; and (c) entered the D’s seal stored in the said real estate into the stud.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant: (a) delivered the forged real estate charter contract to H of the G head of G office who is aware of the forgery at the above time and place; (b) as if the document was a document duly formed, the Defendant used the forged real estate charter contract as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1.
